The Pakistan Rivals Phygital Basketball Event, organized by Phygital Games Private Limited under the global framework of the World Phygital Community (WPC) and the Games of the Future, was successfully held at Forman Christian College University (FCCU) on 3rd and 4th February 2026. The tournament brought together 16 competitive teams from across the region, showcasing an exciting blend of athletic performance and digital gameplay. In this unique phygital format, teams competed both on the basketball court and through digital gaming, combining real-world skill with virtual strategy, the very essence of what makes the competition truly phygital.

After two days of intense matches and high-level competition, GEPCO Basketball Club emerged as the champion, demonstrating excellence across both physical and digital arenas. This event marked a significant milestone in Pakistan’s entry into the global phygital sports movement, with all preparations now fully aligned for participation in the Astana Games of the Future 2026 in Kazakhstan. The winning team is set to represent Pakistan on the global stage, carrying forward the vision of phygital sports, where digital precision and physical performance unite to create the future of competitive basketball.
